    Weight loss surgery can provide dramatic results as your photos show. There are many qualified bariatric surgical center around the world. If someone is considering bariatric surgery of any kid, I would strongly recommend they at least attend a bariatric seminar at the nearest qualified weight loss surgical center. There they can ask questions about care before and after surgery to see if traveling makes the most sense for them. Ultimately any decision should be made between the patient, their surgeon, and their primary care physician.
