The lymphedema treatment that our Medical Spa offers is an intensive clinical treatment with a transdisciplinarian approach. The program is oriented to patients with chronic lymphedema, and contemplates life quality improvement as well as support for active social reinsertion, working intensely to reduce the edema and its  symptoms (locomotive, sensitive infectious, skin related, etc).

In order to obtain these goals, our chronic lymphedema treatment is divides in three stages:

• Diagnostic
• Treatment
• Prevention of the recurrence of lymphedema symptoms

In this way different objectives are considered, from providing pathology´s precise information, to the development of positive attitude and skills for effectively overcoming the ailment, motivating the patients leading role, helping him reinforce self-esteem.

Learning  dietary – hygiene  guidelines, and the incorporation of mio-lymppho-kinetic exercises as a habit, will conduct to a progressive adaptation to the environment, while at the same time obtaining a very important improvement of the general health state of the person suffering this illness.
