Accessibility statement

Our commitment

At Sublimis we want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to learn about our treatments and contact us without barriers. That is why we work to make www.sublimis.com, our blog and our newsletter accessible.

Conformance status

We follow the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA: some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the standard. We will keep this status until an independent external audit confirms it.

What we have done

  • Text and button colors with the minimum contrast the guidelines require.
  • The whole site can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus and a link to skip to the content.
  • Forms with visible labels, required fields marked and error messages tied to each field.
  • Text alternatives for images, accessible names for buttons and icons, and headings and regions for screen readers.
  • Carousels that can be paused and pop-ups that close with the Esc key.
  • Automated accessibility testing on every page before each release.

Known limitations

These are the parts we know do not fully conform yet, and that we are working on:

  • Some videos rely on YouTube's automatic captions, which may not be accurate, and the podcasts do not have transcripts yet.
  • Some older blog articles may have images without text alternatives or links to PDF documents on other sites that are not accessible.
  • Third-party content we do not control: Google Maps, YouTube players, social media buttons and the Stripe payment page.

Compatibility

The site is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, on computers and phones, and with assistive technologies such as screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, TalkBack) and browser zoom. It uses HTML, CSS, JavaScript and WAI-ARIA.

Feedback and contact

If you find an accessibility barrier on our site, or need the information in another format, email us at info@sublimis.com or call us at +549-351-7003015. Tell us which page you were on and what the problem was. We can also help you send your medical inquiry by phone or WhatsApp.

This statement was prepared on October 26, 2026, based on a self-assessment of the site with automated testing and manual review. It will be reviewed after the external audit.
